When will I receive my Welcome Box?

You will receive your Welcome Box during your first assignment with Trusted. You will receive an email halfway through your assignment with a form asking for your personal information. Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email with a link to place your order.

Tracking/Customer service:

I filled out my form, when am I going to get my box?

  • Once you have completed your order in the Kotis portal, you should see a confirmation page and receive an official confirmation email. Within 2-3 days of placing your order, you will receive a shipping notification from Kotis with your order details and a tracking number.

How do I know if my box has shipped?

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How do I find my tracking number?

  • Please look for your shipping confirmation and tracking number in an email directly from Kotis (our third party order fulfillment company). Be sure to keep an eye on your spam inbox as well!

What if I never received my box?

  • If it has been more than two weeks since you placed your order in the portal and you have not received a shipping notification, please reach out to Kotis directly for assistance. Contact information for Kotis (our order fulfillment company) is included below.
    Trusted cannot assist with anything related to swag or Welcome Boxes once an order has been placed.

  • If you have completed at least one assignment with Trusted and you never received an email to place your order, please reach out to us via Inbox for assistance.

Do we get a welcome box for each assignment? Or just my first?

  • Just your first (for now)!


Sizing/Returns/Exchanges:

What if I need a new size?

  • To exchange your jacket for a new size, please contact Kotis customer service for assistance.

Can I purchase a new item?

  • Not yet, but stay tuned as we have exciting things in the works!

What brand is the jacket? How do the sizes run?

  • The jackets are from North Face. Sizes run true to size. Any sizes we have available in stock will be able to be selected in the order portal.

Is it a unisex jacket or male/female?

  • There is a Unisex and a Women's cut option.

Why didn't I receive a backpack in my order?

  • We have made a few adjustments to our Welcome Box and part of these changes was removing the backpack. The new Welcome Box will include a branded North Face Jacket, 2 pens, and a water bottle.

Address/Shipping:

What address do I use?

  • You are welcome to use your permanent or temporary address. Orders typically ship within 2-3 days, and should arrive to you quickly at a temporary address.

What if my address changes?

  • Please contact Kotis directly to update your address. Trusted cannot assist with anything related to swag or Welcome Boxes once an order has been placed.

What if my Welcome Box was delivered to the wrong address?

  • Please contact Kotis customer service for a re-delivery.
