Trusted makes onboarding for your new travel assignment a breeze. Below are our top tips for what to expect when onboarding with Trusted:

👋 Your Compliance Coordinator will be your go-to person.

While your Nurse Advocate helped you land your travel assignment, your Compliance Coordinators are experts in everything you need to successfully onboard to Trusted as an agency and your new role! Your Compliance Coordinator is here to answer any questions you might have, and you can always reach them using the Trusted Care Team line (415-466-1466).

✅ Everything you need to complete is on your Onboarding Checklist.

Managing your onboarding to-dos is easy with Trusted. Your Compliance Coordinator will share an onboarding checklist with you right on your Trusted dashboard—making it easy to know what you've completed and what's still left on your list.

This list will be tailored to your next travel assignment, including detailed explanations of each facility-specific requirement. You'll receive an email when your Onboarding Checklist is live. ⚡

🧪 Your Compliance Coordinator will order your drug screen for you.

We’ll take care of ordering your drug screen and any other missing health documentation for you. Just let us know which zip code works best for you, and we'll take care of the rest! We'll also pay for these orders up front and send you a text to let you know they're ready for you to go in.

💬 We'll send you text reminders throughout your journey.

Whether it’s a reminder to complete your drug screen or a notification regarding a change or update in requirements, your Compliance Coordinator will be in touch to make sure you're ready to start your new assignment without a hitch!

Texting with your Care Coordinator is also an easy way to ask any clarifying questions that come up along the way!

🩺 You'll receive your First Day Information when you complete onboarding.

Once you’ve finished your onboarding tasks and the facility has reviewed your file for completeness, we'll send you an email with everything you need (including First Day Information and orientation details) to have a great first day at your new travel assignment!
