If it meets the facility requirements both in timeline and documentation standards, then yes! Each facility has different requirements and standards. When your Compliance Coordinator sets up your Onboarding Checklist, you'll be able to view the specific requirements within the task. You can always upload what you have (we strongly urge you to do this within 24 hours) and your Compliance Coordinator can review it for you!

Your Compliance Coordinator will also be reaching out to you through Inbox to send any health orders and the documentation forms you need. You can also locate a blank physical form within the task as well.

You'll take those health orders to a clinic to complete the requirements. Usually, if it is a clinic we partner with, you'll receive an invoice and won't have to pay out of pocket. In case you do, you have the opportunity to submit a reimbursement request!
