Once you receive an offer and sign your contract with Trusted, your Compliance Coordinator will begin to work on getting your Onboarding Checklist set up. Your Onboarding Checklist will serve as your guide by outlining the specific requirements your facility needs in order to get you onboarded for your assignment!
❗If your start date is within 30 days you'll be able to access your Onboarding Checklist within 24-48 hours of signing your contract. If your start date is further out than 30 days, it will take a little longer for your Compliance Coordinator to confirm the details, but we promise we are working behind the scenes to get it set up!
Once your Compliance Coordinator sets it up your Onboarding Checklist, you'll be able to view it from your homepage.
Before my Onboarding Checklist is set up, is there anything I can do in the meantime?
You can begin to gather your existing health documents, credentials, and identification items. You can upload copies of the documents you do have to your Credential Locker or Profile. After your Compliance Coordinator sets up your Onboarding Checklist, those already uploaded documents will automatically pull into the task associated with it. From there your Compliance Coordinator can verify it meets the facility's requirements. If not, no worries they will be reaching out to you through Inbox to introduce themselves, provide details, send additional health orders, and set expectations for the following weeks.
