Why do I need to verify and update my work experience?

As part of your onboarding tasks, your Compliance Coordinator may ask you to update your work history so that your experience can be verified by the facility.

Whenever a clinician is booked on a Trusted assignment, we verify that their work experience is up to date. Most facilities will require your 7 most recent years of experience, but this can vary from facility to facility; in other words, some require more than 7 years.

Ensuring your work history is complete, up-to-date, and accurate is important to keeping your Onboarding Checklist on track so you can start on time.
