These health requirements are established by the facility where you'll be working. Each facility handles situations differently - some may allow a declination while others may not permit working without meeting the requirement.

If there are certain health requirements that you would plan to decline, it is best to let your Advocate know this as soon as you start looking for an assignment with us, so that they can match you with an assignment that is a good fit given your preferences and needs.

The following health items are standard during Trusted assignments:

  • COVID vaccine

  • Flu vaccine (during flu season)

  • MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDAP (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) proof of immunization or titer

  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening

  • Physical

If you will need a declination and have already accepted a Trusted assignment, please let your Compliance Coordinator know ASAP to discuss your specific situation and plan accordingly. You can reach your Compliance Coordinator through Inbox.
