Your Compliance Checklist will outline the specific requirements your facility needs during onboarding. This is where you’ll upload your health documents and credentials. Your Compliance Coordinator will then review and verify each document to ensure they meet the facility’s standards.

Color

Status

Meaning

Gray & White

Incomplete

Nothing has been uploaded or marked as complete yet. Please upload the required document or complete the task so your Compliance Coordinator can review and verify it.

Yellow

Pending

You’ve either uploaded a document or marked a task as complete. Some tasks may also appear as “pending” if a health document or credential you previously uploaded to your Profile was automatically pulled into your Onboarding Checklist.

No action is needed from you at this time—your Compliance Coordinator will review the item and either mark it as complete or reject it if further action is required.

Green

Complete

You’ve uploaded a document or marked a task as complete, and your Compliance Coordinator has reviewed and approved it. No further action is needed from you at this time.

Red

Rejected - or - Past Due

You’ve uploaded a document or marked a task as complete, but your Compliance Coordinator has reviewed and rejected it. The item does not meet the facility’s requirements and will require further action from you.

-or

Your item is now past due and requires immediate attention.

Here's an example of what those tasks and their statuses will look like!
