What should I know about the urgency of my health orders and meeting the requirements?

❗ The health items listed on your Onboarding Checklist are based on the specific requirements outlined by your facility. As a result, documents that may have been accepted for a previous assignment might not meet the criteria for your new one.

Be sure to review each item carefully for specific requirements. For example, while one facility may accept proof of vaccination, another may require titers only. Some documents also have strict guidelines for details or signatures and may be rejected if they don’t meet those standards.

❗ It’s important to upload any existing health documentation within 24 hours of your Onboarding Checklist being set up. This allows your Compliance Coordinator to review what you’ve already submitted and determine which additional health orders, if any, are still needed.

What to know about fulfilling your health orders at the clinic.

Some clinics are walk-in while others require appointments. We recommend calling the clinic to see if an appointment is needed.

❗ Health orders often take 5–7 business days to result, so it’s important to prioritize them early to avoid delays. These requirements must be completed at the clinic, have results returned, and then be reviewed and approved by both Trusted and the facility before your compliance deadline.

For any orders placed through Trusted, we’ll receive the results directly and upload them to your profile. If you happen to receive copies yourself, feel free to upload them as well.

We schedule your titers alongside your drug screen, so there’s no need for multiple clinic visits. You’ll take the health orders to a designated clinic to complete the required tests.

If the clinic is one of our partners, you’ll typically receive an invoice and won’t need to pay out of pocket. However, if you do end up paying at the time of service, you can submit a reimbursement request for eligible expenses.
