β The health items listed on your Onboarding Checklist are specific to the requirements outlined by your facility. Therefore, health documents that may have sufficed in the past or for a prior assignment might not meet the requirements for a new assignment.
Review each item carefully for the details of the requirements. For example, while one facility may accept vaccinations, another may require titers only. Some documents require very specific details or signatures and will be rejected if they don't meet the facility's requirements.
β It's important to upload any health documentation you already have on file within 24 hours of your Onboarding Checklist being set up. That way your Compliance Coordinator is able to review them and determine what health orders you'll still need.
What to know about fulfilling your health orders at the clinic.
Some clinics are walk-in while others require appointments. We recommend calling the clinic to see if an appointment is needed.
β It's common for health orders to take 5-7 business days to result, so prioritizing them will prevent any delays. These health requirements have to be completed (done by you at the clinic), have the results returned, and then reviewed and approved by Trusted and the facility before your compliance deadline. For orders through Trusted, we'll receive results directly and upload them to your profile for you. If you do receive copies, feel free to upload them to your profile.
We schedule titers with your drug screen as well, so you don't need to make additional trips. You'll take those health orders to a clinic to complete the requirements. Usually, if it is a clinic we partner with, you'll receive an invoice and won't have to pay out of pocket. In case you do, you have the opportunity to submit a reimbursement request!
