When can I expect to receive instructions for my first day?
Trusted typically receives orientation information from the facility the Thursday or Friday before your contract starts. However, this information may come as late as the Sunday before your start date.
Because orientation information can vary by facility and may change from week to week, we cannot provide this information in advance. As soon as we have received your orientation and first-day information, your Care Team will send you this information via e-mail.
❗ Occasionally, despite our best efforts, facilities will not send over onboarding information by Sunday evening. If you have not received any information from Trusted by the Sunday evening before your start date, please do not report to the facility on Monday, and stand by for further instructions from your Compliance Coordinator.
What will my first-day information will consist of?
The Trusted Digital Handbook. This handbook covers the most common questions about compensation, benefits, and conduct. (Please see .pdf attachments at the bottom. The 'Employee Handbook' is for Travel assignments, and the 'On-Demand Employee handbook' is for local assignments.)
Facility-specific and Trusted timekeeping instructions so you can correctly track your hours and get paid on time.
An attachment or entirely separate email from the facility with your specific orientation information. Things it could cover would be the attire, parking instructions, and orientation schedule (usually only the first day of orientation, and then while you are there they will likely provide you with the rest of the weeks).
