How does Trusted's referral program work?
Each referrer (you!) has a unique referral link. You can send your unique referral link to clinicians whom you believe would be interested in becoming Trusted Nurses.
Where can I find my unique referral link?
On the Web:
Log in to your profile.
Look to the upper right-hand corner, where you'll see your profile name and picture.
Click the arrow pointing down next to your profile name.
A drop-down menu will appear with various options.
Scroll down to and click on "Invites."
In the "Invites" section, you'll find your referral code where you can copy and collect your referral code.
You can also track your referrals from this section.
On Mobile:
Open your mobile app and go to your homepage.
Look in the left-hand corner, where you'll find a widget to click on.
Underneath your name, you'll see an option that says "Refer a Friend."
Click on "Refer a Friend."
This will bring you to a page where you can either copy your referral link or share your referral via text, email, apps, etc.
By selecting 'Copy Referral Link' and sharing it, you can effortlessly distribute content like links or files across a range of apps and communication platforms on your mobile device. This includes popular options like messaging apps, email, social media, and other channels available to you.
Where can I see the nurses who have used my referral link?
Once you refer someone, this will be shown under 'Referrals'
Once the nurse you are referring opens the link, it will take them to our sign-up page. If they then create a profile, it will credit the referral to you!
Please note that the nurse you refer must create their profile with the link you sent. For example, if you send them the link and they open it on their phone, but sign up on a laptop by typing in trustedhealth.com, this wouldn't register because they didn't sign up using your sign-up link. You can check if the nurse used your link by going to your 'Invite' tab on your Trusted account. If the nurse uses the link correctly, their name will be listed on that page.
What requirements must be met in order to qualify for the referral bonus?
In order to qualify for the referral bonus, the nurse you refer must use your link to sign up with us. They can't just tell us that you referred them. Make sure they use your unique URL! They also must start a contract with us within 180 days of first signing up and complete 400 hours of work. After that, you get a $1000 referral bonus!
How do I know when I will become eligible for a referral bonus?
Whenever you become eligible for a referral bonus, an email will be sent to notify you and request payment documentation. Once Trusted receives this information, you will get paid through JustWorks, typically about 4 weeks after providing your payment information.
