Per Trusted’s Timekeeping policy, you are required to provide an attachment that reflects your facility’s corresponding record of your time each week. Failure to do so may result in a delay in pay.

Requirements for Acceptable Facility Time Documentation

Electronic Timekeeping System

If your primary facility timekeeping requirement is electronic, the attachment must be a picture of your weekly report and include:

  • Your name

  • The dates worked

  • The specific clock-in/out times for each shift

  • The hour types for each shift (regular hours, on call, call back, etc)

❗ If you do not have access to a weekly report meeting the above criteria:

Please ask your manager for help obtaining it. If your manager is unable to provide this, that’s ok! Instead of attaching a picture of an electronic report, you will attach a signed paper timecard following the directions in the section below. If your supervisors say they are unwilling to sign your timecard, please send your Care Team a message via Inbox ASAP for assistance.

If attaching a paper timecard, you must also continue tracking your time according to your facility’s electronic timekeeping requirements.

Signed Paper Timecard

If your primary facility timekeeping requirement is a signed paper timecard, it must include the following:

  • Your name

  • The specific dates worked

  • The specific clock-in/out times for each shift

  • The pay type (regular hours, on-call, etc.)

  • A supervisor's signature
