Your Pay Preview contains the gross weekly pay (before taxes, reimbursements, and other deductions) that you can expect to be paid that upcoming Friday. We send this sneak peek to give you the opportunity to let us know if anything looks inaccurate prior to payroll closing for the pay period.
Once the status of your submitted time is approved, you can access the Pay Preview by clicking that week (note: if you click the week while the status is still submitted, you will be notified that your time is still being processed)
What are the different sections of my Pay Preview?
Message from Trusted: If the Payroll team asked you a question or sent you a message about your week's pay, that message will appear at the top. Otherwise, you'll go right into the Pay Breakdown:
Weekly Wages- Previews your gross weekly wages
Stipends- Previews your stipends
Shifts- Shows the time entered by day
Hours- Shows the time entered by hour type
Proof of Facility Time- The facility timekeeping documentation you submitted that week
Notes- Any notes you included
