How to locate your signed Trusted contract

Once you sign your contract, it is sent over to the Care Team to countersign. Once this is complete, you will receive a copy via email from HelloWorks with the subject line "Your copy of Travel Assignment Confirmation Agreement." Be sure to add the e-mail address no-reply@helloworks.com to your contacts so the message isn't routed to your Junk folder.

If you have checked your e-mail Inbox and Junk folders and still don't see a copy of your contract, please reach out to us via Inbox on the Trusted App or Trusted Web App and your Care Team will be happy to send you your signed contract.
