As a Trusted Clinician, you accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every thirty (30) hours you work up to a maximum of 80 hours total. Accrual starts from your first day on an assignment with Trusted. You are eligible to start using sick leave starting on your 90th day of employment with us.

You must notify us and your facility of your intent to use paid sick leave as soon as possible.

We do not pay out unused sick leave, but if you sign a new contract less than a year from the end date of your current contract, your accrued sick leave will carry over! If there's a gap of over a year between contracts, your sick leave will reset and you will start fresh.
