Upon notifying us of an incident or your concerns, your Clinical Success Partner will be in touch to ensure we are diligently capturing all relevant information in order to assess the situation, proceed with next steps, and to consistently ensure that our partner healthcare facilities provide a safe working environment for Trusted Nurses and the patients they care for.
