Yes! While 13 weeks is the standard contract length, we do get contracts that have needs that are between 6-10 weeks. At this time, it’s rare for many facilities to offer contracts shorter than 6 weeks in length.

To find Matches that offer shorter contract lengths, you'll want to go to your Matches Dashboard and then to your Match filters. Locate the contract length filter to tailor your Matches to your desired assignment length.

We typically see them sticking to 13 weeks if that is the guideline of what the facility is requiring. If you are wanting a shorter contract than what the Match is offering, that adjustment could definitely be a possibility! When you apply to a Match, you can put this request into the special requests section, if you prefer a shorter contract. This being said, we only recommend applying if you’d be willing to accept the full length as well. It’s also important to discuss contract length on the phone with the hiring manager when you interview; it's ultimately up to the hiring manager if this can be approved!
