Welcome to Trusted! We're so excited for you and can't wait to hear how your assignment goes. Whether it's your first or fifth Trusted assignment, here's what you can expect:

Your Nurse Advocate is here for you.

Your Nurse Advocate helped you find and sign a contract. While your Compliance Coordinator helped you onboard for your new role, your Nurse Advocate is back as your ally while you're working.

Here's what your Nurse Advocate is here to help you with while you are on assignment:

  • Everyday issues or questions that might arise while on assignment, such as about pay, benefits, or the facility.

  • Ongoing compliance & evaluation.

  • Extending your travel contract.

  • Feedback on Trusted or your experience.

  • If you just want to chat! :)

You can always reach them by:

  • Sending a message via Inbox on your Trusted dashboard.

  • Call on Trusted Care Team line (415-466-1466) during business hours or choose the emergency option if you have an emergency after business hours.

Use the Trusted App to submit your time.

We've made submitting your time (and getting paid ) super easy! Simply download the Trusted App from the Apple or Android app store to submit your working hours while you're on assignment. Here are the links to download the app:

Remember to submit your timesheets to us via the Trusted mobile app by Sunday at 12pm PST unless otherwise stated to ensure you're paid on time. You'll also receive a payroll preview each week, so that you know what to expect.

Want a quick answer to a question about being a Trusted nurse? You can easily search for answers using the Trusted Help Center. Here, we've compiled answers to all your top questions, from compensation to benefits to ethics & conduct.

Issues while on assignment?

Our goal is to make sure you have the best experience possible. If any issues come up while you're on assignment, be sure to loop in your Nurse Advocate as soon as possible, so we can help you resolve them ASAP.

If any emergencies, such as an injury or other urgent matter, occur while you're on assignment and your Nurse Advocate is not available, give us a call on our emergency line:

  • Emergency: call 415-466-1466 and select the option for our emergency line

Someone from our team will always be available to help you throughout your Trusted assignment.

Ensure your credentials remain up to date.

While you’re good to go for now, your Compliance Coordinator will be back in touch for any items expiring during your contract. Help us help you to ensure there won’t be any disruption in your ability to work!
