You should enroll in benefits as soon as you receive your ADP Welcome Email (approximately a week prior to your start date).

It is important that you enroll as soon as possible as your benefits are active as of your first day of employment!

While you do have 30 days from your start date to enroll in benefits, if you complete your enrollment prior to your first day OR within your first week of employment you will avoid having to pay for catch-up deductions on future paychecks that result from a late enrollment!
