How do I enroll in benefits in ADP?
How do I enroll in benefits in ADP if this is my first assignment with Trusted?
Once you see all green check marks on your ADP landing page, navigate to the "Summary" tab.
Once you click into the "Summary" tab, you'll be presented with a link to enroll in benefits.
You can also navigate to this link by going to "Myself" and then "Benefits."
Please note that if you start another placement within 30 days of this placement ending, you will automatically be re-enrolled in your benefits from this placement. If you had previously waived benefits, that action will also carry over.
How do I enroll in benefits if I already have an ADP profile from a previous Trusted assignment?
Please wait until you receive the rehire email from Trusted before logging back into ADP. The rehire email will explain what action you need to take, if any, to enroll in benefits for this assignment.
How long do I have to enroll in benefits?
All benefits are effective from Day 1 of employment. You have 30 days to finalize your elections as a new hire, however, your coverage will always retro back to Day 1.
If you enroll in benefits after your first week of employment but within the 30-day window, your next payment will deduct your benefits catch-up amount.
If you enroll in benefits on day 30, your next payment will deduct the first full 30 days of catch-up deductions.
After enrollment can I make changes to my benefits?
If you experience a qualifying event at any time thereafter, you can add or remove dependents from the plan within 30 days of the event’s occurrence.
Typical qualifying events include:
Marriage, divorce, termination of a domestic partner
Birth or adoption of a child
Death of a spouse or dependent
If you experience a qualifying event and would like to alter the dependents on your plan, please reach out to your Care Team for assistance by sending a new message in Inbox.
