After enrolling in benefits, it can take 7-10 business days for Anthem/ Kaiser to process enrollments and mail out insurance cards to your address on file.

You can use the Sequoia Mobile App to access/store ID Cards, search for providers via the Find Care feature, access wellbeing and financial resources, and many other things. It’s highly recommended to download and register with the App.

Insurance cards can also be retrieved online by registering directly on the carrier websites or downloading the Anthem and/or Kaiser apps. You can access more than just your member ID information by downloading the apps. You can create an account if you are enrolled & haven't done so already.
