If you want to view or update your direct deposit information in ADP, go to www.workforcenow.adp.com and navigate to Myself > Pay > Pay Options.

*You may see a pop-up to enroll in the ADP Wisely card (this is a flexible and reloadable pay card via ADP). If you are not interested, just click cancel to continue to adding your direct deposit account(s)*

If you want to add multiple bank accounts for direct deposit in ADP, be sure to add each account under a unique code (e.g. CK1, CK2, CK3, etc) when the system prompts you to add account and routing numbers. At least 1 of the accounts must be "full net."

Examples

Your net pay is $1,000 and you have 3 checking accounts where 2 are allocations and 3 is whatever is left of the net pay.

  • CK1 - checking account #1 for partial net of flat $50

  • CK 2 - checking account #2 for partial net of flat $150

  • CK 3 - checking account #3 for full net = remaining $800 will be deposited

Net pay $1000 and you have 1 checking and 1 savings account and you want each weekly pay to deposit 50/50 into each account.

  • CK1 - checking account #1 for partial net of 50% allocation

  • SV1 - savings account #1 for remainder full net allocationIn this example, even though it's a 50/50 split, one account still must be a full net catch all.
