How do I update my personal info in ADP?

Update your name, phone number, email address, and/or personal address in ADP.

How to update your information in ADP:

If you need to update your name, phone number, email address, personal address, or any other information in ADP, go to www.workforcenow.adp.com and navigate to Myself > Personal Information > Personal Profile.

Address:
*Note* While ADP does have the option for two addresses, whichever is selected legal/preferred will be used for tax and mailing purposes. If you would like to go paperless for these documents, please follow the steps below.

To change paper options in ADP Mobile, employees should navigate to Myself > Tax > Go Paperless.

If you are logged in from a desktop:
Myself > Pay > Pay &Tax Statements

  1. Under the Go Paperless tile, click Go Paperless.

  2. Under Tax Statements section, toggle radio button for "Receive paperless statements" to On

  3. Read the information, click I Agree, and click Next.

  4. Enter the confirmation number, and click Next.

  5. Click Done.

Legal Name Update Requests in ADP:

Per IRS W2 regulations, Trusted must have a copy of the Social Security card that supports your legal name change request.

To ensure your ADP request is approved, be sure to upload a copy of your updated Social Security Card to the credentials section of your Trusted Profile.

Please note that once approved, this will be the name that appears on your W2.

All initial entries and future changes made in ADP must be approved by the Trusted HR team. Only after approval will you see the updated change reflected in ADP.
