Trusted makes it quick and easy to get your references done. By Requesting a Reference, we'll contact your reference via email or SMS text with a link for them to complete a quick questionnaire.

🚨 You must have your work history entered in first before trying to request a reference. If your work history is blank there will be no options in the drop-down for you to select.


Where do I go to add or request my references?

First things first, make sure you're on your Profile page. You can fill out a reference request from 2 different places:

  1. By clicking into each outstanding item- Primary Reference & Secondary Reference

  2. Scrolling down to the References section and clicking the Add (+) icon

How do I send a reference request?

A drawer will slide out from the right allowing you to complete the form. When you're done click the Request button in the top right corner when you're finished. If the button is grayed out, check to be sure all of the fields are filled in.
