Onboarding and compliance has some pretty uniform requirements with some additional items that vary from facility to facility. All Trusted Nurses are subject to a background check and drug screen prior to employment. Additional compliance requirements often include competency exams, copies of licenses and certifications, immunizations, titers, PPD test, a physical exam, and a fit mask test.
