If you elect to opt into Trusted Health benefit options, they begin on Day 1 of employment. You’ll have 30 days from your contract start date to either opt-in or out. You'll just let us know right in your benefits portal. Your coverage will be applied retroactively to your start date.

What healthcare benefits does Trusted offer?

Benefit options include medical, voluntary dental, and voluntary vision. There are various health plans to allow nurses to select the coverage that best fits their needs. The cost of these plans is subsidized by Trusted, with the remaining amount deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

*Please note: In order to be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance through Trusted Health, you must be working full time (the Affordable Care Act and IRS define a full-time employee as one who works at least 30 hours per week or 130 hours a month on average).

Does Trusted offer any wellness benefits?

Yes, we do! In addition to traditional healthcare benefits, we also offer mental health and wellness benefits - such as meditation, fitness, and addiction treatment services - through various partners. You can read more about our Wellness benefits here.

What other benefits does Trusted offer?

Additionally, we offer Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance to our working nurses.

At this time, Trusted does not offer life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, or a 401k plan.
