How benefits work and which benefits Trusted offers for nurses.

Benefits are effective as of your employment start date if you opt into Trusted's benefit options. You’ll have 30 days from your contract start date to either opt in or out in your ADP benefits portal. Your coverage will be applied retroactively to your start date.

What healthcare benefits does Trusted offer?

Benefit options include medical, dental, and vision. There are various health plans to allow clinicians to select the coverage that best fits their needs. The cost of these plans is subsidized by Trusted, with the remaining amount deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

Please note: In order to be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance through Trusted Health, you must be working 20+ hours per week.

Does Trusted offer any wellness benefits?

Yes, we do! In addition to traditional healthcare benefits, we also offer mental health and wellness benefits - such as therapy, meditation, and fitness services - through various partners.

What other benefits does Trusted offer?

Trusted also provides Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.

At this time, Trusted does not offer life insurance, short-term disability, or long-term disability. Trusted also does not currently reimburse for TASC or child care credits.
