If you elect to opt-into Trusted Health benefit options, they begin on day one of employment. You’ll have 30 days from your contract start date to either opt in or out. You'll just let us know right in your benefits portal. Your coverage will be applied retroactively to your start date.

Benefit options include medical, voluntary dental, and voluntary vision. There are various health plans to allow nurses to select the coverage that best fits their needs. The cost of these plans are subsidized by Trusted, with the remaining amount deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis.

*Please note: In order to be eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance through Trusted Health, you must be working full time (the Affordable Care Act and IRS define a full time employee as one who works at least 30 hours per week or 130 hours a month on average).

At this time, Trusted does not offer life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, or a 401k plan.
