❗ To apply to any Match, you must first activate your profile (which means it is at 100%) and then request review by Trusted! You can easily view the status of your profile and what needs your attention!
We strongly encourage you to complete your profile ASAP (even if you haven't found the perfect Match) to make your application process faster!
What is required of me to complete my profile?
Email Address. Confirm your email address, so that we can ensure you are receiving important updates!
Work Experience. Add all your work experience up to seven years here. Don’t have that much experience? No issue - add all the clinical experience you do have, and be sure to indicate any employment gaps.
Education. Be sure to include what you were up to between school and your first job if there was a gap!
Licenses & Certifications. This is where you list all your active licenses and certifications. Please be sure to include your license number where applicable and all expiration dates, so we can remind you to update when it’s time.
References. Facilities need two references from your last 24 months of clinical experience.
❗ Although the general requirement is within the last 24 months, facilities can often have stricter requirements. It is not uncommon for facilities to require references to be within the last 12 months.
You can either request a reference and we'll automatically email or text your reference to complete a quick form - or - You can upload a previously completed reference form from within the last 24 months. Letters of recommendation will not count!
❗ This step often takes the longest, so we recommend you start it ASAP! Some facilities have stricter requirements when it comes to references, so as a pro tip we strongly recommend reviewing the specific reference requirements listed on the Match detail page of the jobs you are interested in applying to.
Skills Checklist. You can request a skills checklist to be sent to you directly - or - you can upload a previously completed skills checklist from within the last 12 months. The skills checklist should be specific to your primary specialty or role (for practical/vocational nurses or allied health professionals) and therefore align with the type of roles you are applying for.
Background Questions. Let us know if there’s anything that will come up on a background check during onboarding. No worries, we’re all about privacy!
Personal Information. We'll need to know your phone number, email address, and physical address so we know how to get in touch with you, and so we can send you some Trusted Swag during your first assignment!
