I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
If you forgot your password and are not able to log in, you can opt to reset your password.
From the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?
Enter your email address (be sure this is the email you used to create your Trusted account) and then click Send email
You'll receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your password and log in.
How do I change my password?
Where is this? You can find your contact information on the Account page.
From anywhere, click your name in the upper right corner.
From the drop-down menu, you'll then click Account.
Under the Contact Information section, you can update your password! Be sure to click save!
