One thing that makes Trusted special is that we don't have a traditional recruiter model. Instead, we provide a clinician-led Care Team that does not work off of commission. Your Care Team members have a unique combination of clinical and industry expertise. This helps us empower you to take control of your job search!
If you are an allied health professional, on your Care team you'll work with:
--A Clinical Advocate, an RN who helps you secure an assignment and helps you with questions you have while working
--A Compliance Coordinator, who assists with onboarding and ongoing compliance
--Care Coordinators, who work with you at all stages of your travel journey to answer your questions as quickly as possible.
What is a Clinical Advocate?
Clinical Advocates are your career partners here at Trusted! Each professional who joins Trusted is paired with one of our Advocates to help find, connect, and pursue the right opportunity for you. They’re all clinicians, and some have been travelers themselves!
Advocates work closest with you when you are searching for a job, working on your assignment, or trying to extend your assignment.
Care Team members aren't recruiters. Traditional staffing recruiters work on commission, and can increase their margins by offering you lower rates than they may with other travelers.
Since no one here is working on commission, we have the luxury of paying you the most money possible every time! The rates listed on each Match page are the same rates any other clinician sees. Because we don't negotiate any pay rates, this allows you to browse all your options with full transparency, and you can trust you are receiving the same level care and advocacy as any other clinician at Trusted.

Why Trusted: I love connection so being able to interact with fellow clinicians on a day to day basis is a genuine joy! It is refreshing to see how transparent and modern the Trusted platform is- giving clinicians the ability to choose their own career path!
My Favorite Things: First and foremost- my family! I have a husband and two dachshunds, Gloria and Greta. We love to spend time outdoors, whether that is a hike or having a campfire in our woods, we all enjoy beautiful scenery and fresh air!
I am a foodie at heart- locally grown, great quality food is fun to find and enjoy with people I love! Anything from coffee & a sweet treat to a nice dinner will make my heart happy!
While I enjoy traveling so much, I also love a slow morning or afternoon at home with no agenda! I can easily curl up with a good book, a warm blanket and take a nap with my pups!
Fun Fact: My husband & I live on 23 acres of land, most of it being woods! We love to unwind, explore it and find true peace when we are out there.
My Career: Prior to coming to Trusted, I worked for 7 years as an RN at a pediatric hospital in Indianapolis, IN. I spent 5 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit doing a few different roles. The last 2 years of my bedside career, I was an ECMO clinician for all three pediatric ICU’s in the hospital! Taking care of pediatric patients brings both joy & heartache. Eternally grateful for all the patients and families I formed connections with and still keep up with to this day!

Fun Fact: I would love to invest in and flip a property and be involved in the construction and design process from start to finish!
My Career: I attended Loyola University Chicago for my BSN and Indiana University for my MSN. I worked in NICU/PACU as a nurse.

Fun Fact: I'm allergic to Cheetahs! Learned this in South Africa when I was able to meet one at a Cheetah rehabilitation center.
My Career: I attended Belmont University in Nashville and afterwards worked as an RN in Labor & Delivery, Mother-Baby, and Obstetrics.
