One thing that makes Trusted special is that we don't have a traditional recruiter model. Instead, we provide a clinician-led Care Team that does not work off of commission. Your Care Team members have a unique combination of clinical and industry expertise. This helps us empower you to take control of your job search!

On your Care team you'll work with:

--An Advocate, a clinician who helps you secure an assignment and helps you with questions you have while working

--A Compliance Coordinator, who assists with onboarding and ongoing compliance

--Care Coordinators, who work with you at all stages of your travel journey to answer your questions as quickly as possible.

What is a Care Coordinator?

You can think of a Care Coordinator as being like a triage nurse in an Emergency Department. Every new message or phone call that comes to Trusted is first reviewed by a Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will then assess the situation and may escalate the concern to a more specialized member of the Care Team. Like a triage nurse, Care Coordinators have a keen sense of judgment, are able to communicate effectively, and multi-task well in order to quickly and confidently direct nurses to the best resource for each situation.

Care Coordinators can answer questions about pretty much anything here at Trusted! But we most commonly work with you when you have questions about your Trusted Profile, job search, timekeeping, and pay.
