The American Heart Association (AHA) provides a tool to assist clinicians in finding a
certification class near their preferred location. Below you will find a step-by-step process to aid you in the use of this tool!
Navigate to the AHA Class Connector Website.
Enter your desired location (city or zip) in the search box provided.
Click the button for “Search Classes”.
Next, filter your search.
Course Format
If you have specific needs (need the full class AKA "Classroom", or
need only the hands-on skills check-off AKA "Skills Session for
e-learning courses") you can use the "Course Format" to further filter
for those needs!
Course Name
Select which certification course(s) you are interested in signing up for.
Language Preference
English or Spanish
Date Range
5. Hit Submit.
Once the results are loaded be sure to click the “Details” button to view if the class is
open or closed. You will see “Reserve” if the class is open!
AHA allows you to reserve your seat for the class directly on its website. Should you have
additional questions about a specific class, each Details section of a selected class provides you with contact information for that class.
