Our new Chat Prompts, are web messages only, designed to help you move along in your job search journey and application process. You may see these prompts while using our platform if you do not have a complete profile or have not taken further actions in your job search process.

Chat Prompts offer a shortcut to the inbox for candidates to ask questions and receive help without navigating through the decision tree. This initiative aims to streamline the process for you and help you move along in the job search funnel.

If you click the Start a Chat button on the prompt, you will be directly routed to the inbox to ask your question. If you dismiss the prompt, you can return to your experience and will not see it again for the next few days. If you meet the same criteria again after the period, you will see the prompt again.
