I was injured at work, what step do I need to take now?
Once you have notified us of your injury, the Trusted Human Resources (HR) team will reach out to you with directions for filing a claim with our workers comp broker, Travelers.
When filing your claim, please reference Trusted’s account number: 35154
Select the state where you are working:
Date & Time of Loss refer to the date and time the injury occurred:
When entering the company address, it is important to enter the address of the facility you are assigned to. This ensures the appropriate state laws are applied when determining your workers comp benefits.
As you complete the claim submission form:
Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
Tip: The more information you provide up front, the easier it will be for the adjuster to begin processing your claim.
After Submitting Your Claim:
Travelers will generate a unique claim number.
The confirmation page will include Travelers’ contact information, which you can provide to the clinic or provider for billing purposes.
You can also send medical bills directly to Human Resources at hello@trustedhealth.com for assistance.
What Happens Next?
Within 24 hours, Travelers will assign an adjuster to your case.
Your adjuster will reach out to you directly to guide you through the next steps.

Special Note for Certain States:
If you are injured while working in Ohio, North Dakota, Washington, or Wyoming,
please note that the Travelers portal does not apply.
These states have different filing requirements for workers' compensation claims.
Human Resources will assist you with the appropriate process for these states.
