I was injured at work, what step do I need to take now?

Once you have notified us of your injury, the Trusted Human Resources (HR) team will reach out to you with directions for filing a claim with our workers comp broker, Travelers.

When filing your claim, please reference Trusted’s account number: 35154

Select the state where you are working:

Date & Time of Loss refer to the date and time the injury occurred:

When entering the company address, it is important to enter the address of the facility you are assigned to. This ensures the appropriate state laws are applied when determining your workers comp benefits.

As you move through the claim submission form, the required fields are marked with a red asterisk * but the more information you provide initially, the easier it will be for the adjuster to begin processing your claim.

After you’ve submitted your claim, Travelers will generate a unique claim number. The confirmation page will also include contact information for Travelers that can be provided to the clinic/provider where you sought care for billing purposes. You can also send these bills to Human Resources for assistance!

Within 24 hours, Travelers will assign an adjuster to your case who will reach out to you directly. Please reach out to Human Resources at hello@trustedhealth.com with any questions during the workers comp process!

The Travelers portal does not apply for nurses injured while working in Ohio, North Dakota, Washington or Wyoming. These states have different requirements for filing a workers comp claim, and HR will help get the appropriate process started!
