What is a letter of intent?

A right to represent (letter of intent) is a confirmation we would need from you if you want to be represented by Trusted.

What situations would require me to write a letter of intent?

  • If you were submitted by two agencies (Trusted being one of them) and want Trusted to represent you

  • If you were on assignment with another agency and want to switch over to Trusted

  • If you were on assignment with another agency and want to extend that current assignment through Trusted

What needs to be included in a letter of intent?

A letter of intent needs to include your full name, a time stamp, verbiage that you want to be represented by Trusted, and the name of the facility you are applying to.

Example: I Sarah Gray would like to be represented by Trusted Health for my extension at UCSF on the PICU.

To do this, please send the completed letter of intent to your Nurse Advocate by either attaching the file to an Inbox message or an e-mail by emailing (hello@trustedhealth.com).

To ensure we are able to get this over to the hiring manager as quickly as possible, please include "ATTN: ( your Nurse Advocate's name )" in the subject of the email.
