You can reset a question once—but it must be done during the interview. You won’t be able to log out and return later to re-record, so be sure to review the reset instructions before you begin.
If something goes wrong and you're unable to complete a response, don’t worry! If a re-record is needed, AMN will notify us, and your Advocate will reach out to guide you through the next steps.
