Trouble finding your VA interview email? Here’s what to do:
- I accidentally deleted the email: 
 Check your Trash folder—it may still be there. If you can’t recover it, send a message to your Care Team via your Inbox so we can help.
- I unsubscribed from AMN emails: 
 If you unsubscribed, you’ll need to provide an alternate email address (not the one you unsubscribed from). Please message your Care Team through your Inbox to update your contact info.
- I never received the email: 
- Double-check the email address linked to your Trusted account—that’s where it will be sent. 
- Look in your Spam or Junk folders—the email is often filtered there. 
- The email will come from AMN with the subject line: “AMN Healthcare Interview Request.”
