What should I do if I am told that my application is incomplete?

After you apply to a Match, your Care Team will review your profile and application to ensure you meet all of the requirements and your application is complete.

If there's anything that needs to be clarified or completed, we will email you directly! We will let you know what outstanding items or questions need to be resolved in order to submit your application.

You can also view the statuses of your applications at any point!

  1. Click on Apply

  2. Click on the Applications tab

  3. Here you'll see all of your applications that require action from you in order to be submitted!

  4. Listed on each application, you can easily view which requirements require action!
