Ultimately this interview is a small piece of your application to help the facility ensure you’re a great fit for the unit you’ll be working on. Here are a few tips for setting yourself up for success with your VA interview:

Find a quiet place to complete the interview where you can be uninterrupted. If the team cannot hear your answers due to background noise or poor audio, they will need you to redo it- which can hurt your chances of getting an offer!
Have your Trusted profile and Skills Checklists pulled up in front of you so that it is easy to reference your work history and speak to your skills and experience for that unit.
Since this is an opportunity for the hiring manager to hear your voice, be sure to demonstrate your personality and professionalism when answering the questions.
