Your contract will be sent to the email you use for your Trusted account. The email will be sent from e-mail address no-reply@helloworks.com. The email will include a link to view your contract and sign it. Once signed, a copy of the signed contract will be sent to you via email.
If you have checked your e-mail Inbox and Junk folders and still don't see a copy of your contract, please reach out to us via Inbox on the Trusted App or Trusted Web App and your Care Team will be happy to send you your signed contract.
