Do I need to submit my time if I have approved time off?

❗ If you have approved time off that is reflected in your contract, you will still need to submit documentation of that time.


What do I need to submit if I had approved time off for part of the work week & did work?

  1. You will need to submit your facility time the same way you usually do, ensuring you meet the same requirements as before, AND

  2. You will need to submit a supplemental paper timecard indicating the shifts or days you had approved time off (this does not have to be signed by a manager) or add the dates you had approved time off into the 'Optional Note' section of that week's timecard in the Trusted Mobile App.

What do I need to submit if I had approved time off for the whole work week & did NOT work?

You can log contracted time off as "Pre Approved Time Off" on a paper timecard (this does not have to be signed by a manager).

Add "Pre Approved Time Off All Week" in the 'Optional Note' section of that week's timecard in the Trusted Mobile App.

❗ Please be sure to let us know if your approved time off has changed (72 hours in advance is preferred) so we can get you connected with your Advocate to correct the approved time off on your contract.
