In order to complete your profile so that you can apply to Matches you need a completed, updated, and validated skills checklist. You do not need to complete any competency exams until you are onboarding for an assignment with Trusted.

What is a skills checklist?

A skills checklist is an untimed, self-evaluation of the frequency and proficiency of skills related to your specialty (for nurses only) or your role (for allied health professionals only). Skills checklists are not time or given a percentage score. Your score will be anywhere from 0.0 - 4.0.

Completed, updated, and validated skills checklists are required to apply to Matches as well as to become and remain compliant during onboarding and the duration of your assignment with Trusted.

What is a competency exam?

A competency exam is a timed, question-and-answer style test that gives you a percentage score anywhere from 0-100%.

Completed, updated, and validated competency exams are only needed after you sign a contract. They are required to become and remain compliant during onboarding and the duration of your assignment with Trusted.
