If you are seeing an error message when you try to view your Matches, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
Wait 5 minutes & refresh your screen
Log out & log back in
Ensure you are using a newer web browser like Google Chrome, not an older browser like Internet Explorer
If you have followed the 3 steps above and the issue is still persisting, reach out to your Care Team by sending a message through Inbox. In the message please be sure to include the link to the Match you are trying to view so that we can troubleshoot the issues ASAP!
