Your hard work and effort have been recognized by a facility or manager you've worked with previously and you've received a verbal offer for a position- even without having completed an interview. Congrats! Here's an overview of what to do next to secure the contract and begin your new assignment.

What do I do if my profile is not yet complete?

In order to be submitted for any Match, you must first activate your Trusted profile have request for it to be reviewed by Trusted. You'll want to work on completing your Trusted profile ASAP to ensure minimal delays during the process!

❗ Even if you already have an offer, we cannot move forward until your profile completeness is 100% and has been reviewed by Trusted.

While you are completing your profile, you'll want to connect with your Care Team by sending a message through Inbox. Your Care Team can work on locating the Match you are interested in while you are finishing your profile.

Your Care Team will want to know:

  • The name of the facility you are interested in working at

  • The unit the position has been offered for

  • Which shift you prefer/has been offered

  • The date you are available to start

  • Any time off needs you have

  • The name of the manager (if available)

  • The job request ID (the manager should have this information)

Once available as a Match, your Care Team will send you the link so you can apply.

❗ Despite having a verbal offer, you will still need to apply to the Match in order to be submitted.

Once your profile is complete and you've applied for the Match, you'll be connected to your Advocate who will work to submit you for the position. Your Advocate will let you know once we've received an official offer and help guide you through signing a contract.

What do I do if my profile has already been completed & reviewed?

If your profile is already activated and reviewed by Trusted, you'll start by reaching out to your Advocate on their direct phone line. When telling your Advocate about the offer, your Advocate will want to know:

  • The name of the facility you are interested in working at

  • The unit the position has been offered for

  • Which shift you prefer/has been offered

  • The date you are available to start

  • Any time off needs you have

  • The name of the manager (if available)

  • The job request ID (the manager should have this information)

Your Advocate will work to provide you with the Match details so that you can apply for the Match.

❗ Despite having a verbal offer, you will still need to apply for the Match in order to be submitted for the role.

Your Advocate will let you know once we've received an official offer and help you review the details of the contract.

How long does this process take?

Several factors impact the length of time it can take to receive an official offer. Depending on if the Match has already been posted and the response times from the facilities we work with, this process can take up to a week to get you submitted. Once submitted for the role, the facility must review your application and extend an offer. The timeline to receive an offer once submitted can vary depending on the facility's needs.

You'll also want to keep in mind that once you've accepted an offer, you'll need to complete onboarding, which can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
