While you are working on an assignment with Trusted, your current assignment should be listed at the very top of your homepage in the Trusted app.
❗ Once your contract has ended, your assignment will no longer show up on your homepage. This usually happens the last week of your assignment if your contract ended before your time was due. Not to worry, you can follow the steps below to locate your time!
How do I locate my past assignments in the Trusted app?
From your homepage, scroll to the bottom and click
assignments
Select your assignment and submit your time as usual!
If you are still unable to locate your assignment to submit your time, please reach out to your Care Team via Inbox immediately so we can get it resolved for you ASAP!
