Federal I-9 Compliance: Tracker

Form I-9 is a mandatory document that all employees in the United States must complete. The purpose of this document is to confirm federal authorization to work in the United States, and by law, a completed copy must be on file within 3 days of starting work.

The USCIS ended their Form I-9 Temporary COVID-19 policies which allowed us to review identification documents electronically on July 31, 2023. Moving forward, all identification documents used in completing the I-9 Form must be reviewed physically.

To ensure we remain compliant, Trusted has partnered with Tracker I-9 for this process. If you have received an email from i9complete@trackercorp.com, please read and follow the instructions in order for your employment with Trusted to be legally compliant. Please make sure to check all your inboxes, including junk, spam, and promotions folders for this email. This process can be done on a computer or mobile device!

You will be required to identify an individual to act on our behalf to help verify your identity and employment eligibility. This individual can be anyone, but it is strongly recommended that the individual:

  1. Not be a family member

  2. Be over the age of 18

  3. Have access to a PC, MAC, iOS or Android device and internet connection

  4. Be capable physically of examining your original identity and employment eligibility documentation

  5. Can read and understand Section 2 Form I-9 instructions

  6. Please ensure you have your chosen verifier's permission prior to submitting their contact information in Tracker

*** IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE FINDING A VERIFIER, PLEASE CONTACT HR ***
