Every time you refer a clinician who is either new to Trusted or has not worked for Trusted recently (specifically, their prior assignment(s) with Trusted must have ended before 7/10/2025) and the clinician signs an assignment agreement between July 10, 2026 and August 31, 2026, we'll send you a $4,000 referral bonus when they complete 400 hours of work!
How does Trusted's referral program work?
Each referrer (you!) has a unique referral link. You can send your unique referral link to clinicians whom you believe would be interested in becoming Trusted clinicians.
Where can I find my unique referral link and active referrals?
On the Web:

Where can I see the clinicians who have used my referral link?
When you refer someone, this will be shown under your active Referrals
1. Share your unique referral link with your friends and colleagues
2. They will click the link
3. The system will automatically credit you and you'll see the referral reflected in your active referrals
Please note: In order for your referral to be properly tracked, the clinician must use the exact link you shared.
To confirm whether your referral link was used correctly, visit the ‘Invite’ tab in your Trusted account. If the clinician used your unique link, their name will appear there.
What requirements must be met to qualify for the referral bonus?
To be eligible for the referral bonus, the clinician you refer must use your unique referral link—simply mentioning your name won’t count. They must be either new to Trusted, or have not worked for Trusted recently (specifically, their prior assignment(s) with Trusted must all have ended before July 10, 2025). They also cannot have been referred by someone else. The clinician must sign an assignment agreement with Trusted between July 10, 2026 and August 31, 2026 and complete at least 400 hours of work. Once those requirements are met, you’ll receive a $4,000 referral bonus!
How do I know when I will become eligible for a referral bonus?
Whenever you become eligible for a referral bonus, an email will be sent to notify you and request that you add your information and banking details to ADP. Once you have added all required information to ADP, you will get paid through ADP, typically about 2-3 weeks after providing your payment information.
