Here’s what you can expect:
A few days before your assignment starts, you'll receive an email with a form to submit your sizing and shipping details.
After completing the form, you’ll receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping notification with tracking details.

After completing your order in the Kotis portal:
You’ll see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.
Within 2–3 business days, Kotis will email you a shipping notification with a tracking number.
How do I know if my box has shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Look for an email from Kotis (our third-party fulfillment partner).
Tip: Check your spam or junk folder just in case!
What if I never received my box?
If it’s been more than two weeks since you submitted your order and you have not received a shipping notification, contact Kotis Customer Service directly (details below).
Please note: Due to consumer data privacy laws, Trusted cannot assist with issues once an order has been placed.
What if I never received the form to place my order?
If you’ve completed at least one assignment with Trusted and never received the email, please reach out to your Care Team via Inbox for assistance.
Do I get a Welcome Box for every assignment?
No — the Welcome Box is a one-time gift for your first assignment.

What if I need a new size?

What brand is the jacket? How do sizes run?
The jackets are from The North Face.
Sizes run true to size.
A sizing chart is available in the order portal when you select your fit preference (Unisex/Men's or Women's).
Is the jacket unisex or gender-specific?
You can choose between Unisex/Men’s or Women’s fit options.
Why didn’t I receive a backpack?
We've made updates to the Welcome Box!The current box includes:

Address & Shipping:
What address should I use?
We recommend using your assignment address, but you’re welcome to use a permanent or temporary address. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.
What if my address changes after I submit my order?
Contact Kotis Customer Service immediately to update your address.
Reminder: Trusted cannot update your address once the order has been placed.
What if my box was delivered to the wrong address?
Contact UPS or Kotis Customer Service for re-delivery support.
