You will be able to access your W2 and your 1095-C in ADP by following these instructions:

  1. Step 1: Log into ADP via www.workforcenow.adp.com on a laptop or desktop (the mobile app tends to be glitchy)

  2. Go to Myself

  3. Navigate to Pay

  4. Select Annual Statements

Your W2 and 1095-C will also be mailed to you at the address we have on file if you have elected to have a copy mailed to you.

*Your stipends are not on your W2. They are passed through reimbursements, not wages. The year-to-date (YTD) stipends can be found on your last pay stub of 2023 for your reference.*

You will only have a 2023 W2 if you had wages paid in 2023. If your only assignment in 2023 with Trusted started 12/25 or later, you will not have a 2023 W2!

If you have any questions about your W2 or 1095-C, please send an in-app message or email hello@trustedhealth.com with the subject line "W2 Question," and we will be happy to help!

FAQs

Are my stipends on my W2?

Your stipends are not on your W2. They are pass-through reimbursements, not wages. The year to date (YTD) stipends can be found on your last pay stub of 2023 for your reference.

Will I receive a 1099 for my stipends?
1099 is not issued for your nontaxable reimbursements, but the amounts are accounted for on your paycheck stub in ADP both by pay date and a year-to-date total. Stipends are reimbursements and not wages.

Why do I have two W2s for 2023?

If you worked both a travel contract (Trusted Health) and a local contract (Trusted on Demand) in 2023, you will have one W2 for each as earnings from each separate entity generate a separate W2.

Will my W2 be sent to me from Trusted Health or from ADP?

Your W2 will be sent to you from ADP directly with Trusted Health's name and address on the front of the W2 if you elected to have a copy mailed to you. This will be sent to the mailing address on your ADP account as of 12.31.2023. You will also be able to access an electronic copy of your W2 directly on ADP, which can be downloaded any time.

I only worked the last week of 2023 with Trusted, why don't I have a 2023 W2?

You will only have a 2023 W2 if you had wages paid in 2023. If your only assignment in 2023 with Trusted started 12/25 or later, you will not have a 2023 W2!

I see paystubs/W2's from other employers along with my Trusted Health/Trusted on Demand statements?

ADP correlates W2 and pay stub information to your social security number. If a previous employer used the same ADP platform then your W2/1095-C's/paystubs will be visible to nurse and nurse only. The only information Trusted has access to see are the ones we as the employer generate.

When will my W-2 be available? Will I be notified?
No later than January 31st of each year (e.g. Your 2023 W-2 would be available no later than Jan 31st, 2023). You won't receive a notification when ADP makes this available, but you can check within ADP yourself at any time and will be able to view it once it's available.

Why did I receive a 1095-C Form if I did not enroll in benefits with Trusted?
Line 15 of IRS Form 1095-C reports the minimum cost of the benefits Trusted provided eligible employees the option to enroll in. The amount shown on the specific months on your form does not necessarily mean that you paid that amount for benefits in those months but instead displays the minimum employee required contribution if enrolled. If you opt out of benefits via Trusted sponsored plans, you may disregard it.

Can I opt for paperless?

Yes! Please login to your ADP profile to update your paperless settings.

To change paper options in the ADP Mobile App, employees should navigate to Myself > Tax > Go Paperless.

When accessing from the desktop or a mobile browser:

  3. Read the information, click I Agree, and click Next.
