At Trusted, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in healthcare delivery. We take great pride in the experience, professionalism, clinical expertise, and dedication that all Trusted Clinicians bring to their work.

As part of our commitment to excellence, Trusted fully complies with the Joint Commission’s National Patient Safety Goals and practices. This includes tracking and managing all performance feedback for Trusted Clinicians.

We take all feedback seriously — conducting a full review process that incorporates:

  • A thorough discovery of the situation

  • Direct insight and feedback from the Trusted Clinician

  • An assessment of opportunities for personal and professional development

In an ongoing effort to support our clinicians and ensure continued success, Trusted has implemented a Performance Improvement and Education Policy (available in the Trusted Handbook).

This policy is designed to:

  • Clearly outline expectations for success

  • Promote consistent communication and measurable goals

  • Provide regular, supportive feedback

Depending on the nature of the feedback received, Trusted Clinicians may also be encouraged to complete continuing education opportunities to support their growth and ensure alignment with Trusted’s Principles & Expectations.
