At Trusted, we're dedicated to the highest level of quality and safety in healthcare delivery and thus take pride in the experience, professionalism, clinical expertise, and commitment to excellence displayed by all Trusted Nurses.

Trusted complies with the Joint Commission's National Patient Safety goals and practices, which requires Trusted to track and manage all Trusted Nurse performance feedback. We take all feedback seriously, which includes a full discovery as well as insight & feedback from the Trusted Nurse, and assess for the opportunity to further personal and professional development.

In an ongoing effort to provide support and ensure successful continued employment, Trusted has implemented a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Policy & Point Scale, which can be found in the Trusted Handbook. Dependent upon the nature of the feedback, a Performance Improvement Opportunity reiterating Trusted Principles & Expectations and corresponding points & recommended continuing education units may be assigned.
