It is the expectation of Trusted, its partners, and the patients to whom they provide care that Trusted's clinicians make every effort to fulfill their contractual commitments. When that is not possible, clinicians should proactively communicate concerns and needs with the Trusted Care Team, as well as the facility supervisor or manager. Every effort should be made to provide as much advance notice as possible if contract commitment cannot be upheld.
Trusted complies with the Joint Commission's National Patient Safety goals and practices, which requires Trusted to track and report cancellations. Therefore, while Trusted acknowledges that there are circumstances for which it is necessary to terminate contractual commitment, Trusted reviews contract cancellations and their impact on patient care, and facility relationships, and Trusted with the utmost scrutiny.
In an ongoing effort to provide support and ensure successful continued employment, Trusted requires acknowledgment of Professional and Performance Expectations in addition to counseling related to contract commitment and fulfillment prior to pursuing future opportunities.
