What happens if I don’t make required corrections or don't submit my time to Trusted by the deadline?

❗ Late submissions and/or submissions that do not include acceptable timekeeping documentation may result in a delay in payment. Corrections must be submitted no later than 12 pm PST on Mondays.

If you don’t submit acceptable timekeeping documentation by the deadline, we are not able to process your time for payment by that upcoming Friday. Any time submitted after the deadline each week will be paid the following Friday. This is due to the necessity of having to close and process payroll to ensure all of our nurses and allied health professionals who submit their time accurately and on time get paid by that Friday!


When is the deadline to submit my time to Trusted each week?

  • If your workweek is Sunday - Saturday, you are required to submit your timecard no later than Sunday at 12pm PST.

  • If your workweek is Monday - Sunday, you are required to submit your timecard no later than Monday at 12pm PST.

If your facility follows an alternate work week or you're unsure about your submission deadline, check the due date at the bottom of your timecard in the Trusted mobile app to find out when your documentation must be submitted to Trusted.


What is a Pay Preview?

After you submit your timekeeping documentation to Trusted, our payroll team reviews your submission to ensure that your timekeeping documentation meets all requirements. Once approved, you'll receive your Pay Preview, which will be available in the Trusted mobile app and sent to you via email.

Your Pay Preview Includes:

  • Urgent questions from our payroll team that require your immediate response. These will appear at the top of your pay preview

  • Your gross weekly pay (earnings before taxes and deductions) estimate for the upcoming Friday

You can respond to each pay preview with any questions or concerns! This is your opportunity to report any issues or discrepancies before we process your pay.


How do I respond to payroll's questions or contact payroll if I see a discrepancy on my pay preview?

  1. You can respond directly in the app if you scroll down to the very bottom of your pay preview and hit the contact us button. This will begin a new message in the Inbox that will automatically route to your Care Team and they will relay any information or concerns to Payroll so we can resolve any issues ASAP!

  2. You can also respond to the pay preview you received via email. That email will automatically route to your Care Team and they will relay any information or concerns to Payroll so we can resolve any issues ASAP!

❗ Be sure to respond and make any necessary corrections before Monday at 12pm PST or there may be a delay in all or part of your payment!


What would cause my timecard to be rejected?

  • If your facility time attachment doesn’t include all requirements (your name, dates, hours worked, and hour type)

  • If you have a paper timecard attachment that doesn’t have a manager's signature


What if I know I'm going to have to turn in my time to Trusted late or my correction is going to be late?

Please send your Care Team a message via Inbox ASAP to let us know! We may be able to provide some troubleshooting tips to help get your timekeeping documentation submitted by the deadline so you are paid on time.
